Mihir is a massage therapy graduate from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and is in good standing with the CMTO. After dealing with nagging frozen shoulder and elbow injuries from playing sports, Mihir was out of activity until he began seeing an RMT. Frequent massage therapy visits began to show signs of improvement which led to his full recovery. This led Mihir to explore and study massage therapy, leaving a successful career in finance, so he could pass on the help he got. The satisfaction of living a life of purpose by helping others with their pain, being empathetic and putting others needs first is something Mihir always wanted to strive for but didn’t know how to pursue in a career - becoming a therapeutic practitioner hit all of Mihir’s goals.

Kyla started her journey as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2001 studying at Sutherland-Chan in Toronto. After graduating in 2003, she moved to the British Virgin Islands, where she got hand-selected to work on Richard Branson’s private Island. While on Necker island she worked on the rich and famous as a massage therapist and yoga instructor. Truly an exceptional experience to work with the lovely Branson family.

After a year in the BVI, she returned to Toronto to have her son. That’s when her passion for working with pregnancy and parenthood was ignited and she started to work full-time at the Ella Centre for Pregnancy and Parenting. There she worked solely on women and infants. When the centre closed its doors, she continued working with families in their homes.
